Because some of our politicians actually believe this crap and vote in that direction. Because some of the electorate believe in that crap and it influences national politics. Because many of the electorate and politicans believe in that crap and therefore support Israel 100% no matter what they do, because in order for the rapture to happen, the Jews must remain on the "holy land".

It could be worse, tommorrow I have to do 8 hours work running 3" pipe for high voltage 70 foot in the air of an auditorium ceiling, then right after that I have to go and give 3 electrical exams and THEN go sit on the credit union board and sift through loan applications and shift our percentages to be competetive while still making a reasonable profit.
