As I understand it the idea of love being the purpose for marriage is a relatively new concept .....
I think such emotional attachement to prospective procreative partner as can be called love is likely the evolutionary adaptation to meet only a subset of needs that is socialogically being served by the institution of marriage.
If those other needs are unimportant to you, then marriage is inappropriate.
I have confusement.. (made up word I like to use) I think I understand what you're saying but do you think you could break it down a bit as if I'm a toddler?
