No shit. Steel loses well over half its strength after thirty minutes' exposure to temperatures of 700° C.
How long did Bldg7 burn, again?
5:21pm when this video was shot. The building is burning higher than the pictures put up earlier in the thread show, no doubt. But at 1:26 in the video, you can see how deeply involved the building is in fire. This is about seven hours after the two collapses.

I don't think any demolition crews were needed ... or spotted, for that matter.
