If you want to live in as perfect a world as possible you have to let go of the past. You have to change. You have to evolve.
If you want your government to complete the task, you have to give it unlimited powers. No one would stand in its path. No group or individual. That is the path to a perfect world, or as perfect a one as you could get. That could also be the path to a dystopian world, but only if that government would fail in its endeavours.
That is just a pipe dream, however. We will achieve something similar to this, except it will go a lot smoother than you'd think listening to me. It will also be a lot less scarier than it seems.

Government literally translates as "control of the mind"
Dystopia IS it's final success.
Without government, you'd have nothing.
I am smarter than him, if only because I live in the future compared to him.
Liberties are there for a reason. If that reason can be taken care of by other means, that liberty becomes unnecessary. This is especially so when a liberty stands in the way of a better way to achieve what it tries to achieve itself.
