Look at your own links and then check state laws. You'll find that you aren't discussing law abiding citizens at all. You;re discussing citizens who don;t know, or don;t care what the law is, and prosecutors with no will to pursue a clear conviction under their very rigid statutes. Law and order, again, really living up to the terms. 0-2. We've got cops out there going full dredd, and a bunch of da's that will gladly ship someones aunt off to jail for being poor...but fear the repurcussions of sending a kiddie killer to trial over an "accidental discharge". Is this what we're supposed to be begging to have back, if it were to suddenly disappear? Because I, for one, really wish it would.
