Where in the law does it say that a company can continue to market and sell a product they know is causing people to commit suicide? In other words where in the law does it say they have to wait for the government to take a product off the market that they know is causing inordinate harm? For them to continue selling this product when their own data showed that it was causing harm is criminal. That's the long and short of it.
