No, it's not because she's female, and I don't appreciate your insinuation, especially considering it's based only upon a "feeling" and it's about someone you don't know and rarely interact with.

Studies show more than 90% of people show subconscious gender bias. They don't intend to, nor are they aware of it. It's simply probable Hillary's high dislike rating is at least partly due to that. Like I said, I wasn't accusing you of anything like misogyny. So no need to get overly defensive.

There's also no need to cast people based on statistics, but that didn't seem to stop you. If you weren't trying to slur me, fair enough. But you need to treat me, and others, as individuals, and not as statistics according to any studies you've read, unless you prefer to tank discussion rather than add to it.

Why don't you quote and link the post of mine that made you think, ah, he's one of those 90% ? That would probably help clarify matters.

I don't regard it as being "overly defensive" to defend my position that all people are equal against someone asserting I don't feel that way ... especially when it's only based on their own feeling. I regard that as defending my character, flawed though it is.
