You don't have to help people from afar - especially if you're struggling yourself. You can help people in your own community.
Some of us are in a position to help many. Some of us can only help one person at a time. Like I said, we do what we can.
I agree. I don't even know where to start, though, but I think I'll look into it. Maybe I'll tag my brother along or something, that should make it easier.
I've heard that seeing someone else do it IRL can be the thing that gets you involved with and committed to your philanthropic bent and thoughts, if you have them. I bet that holds even when you do it with someone else from scratch - in an organized way, that is.
