I think he was 14 when the cops got called, the second time it happened. Before that I'm pretty sure I read that he was 12.
This is all media pushing us so we may not know the real timeline. That being said when I was following it they said that the dad found out about it in 2002 for the first time. Now whether that was right after he did it or if it was the first or second time he did it I didn't read. But that the family found out in 2002 which makes the girls 10 and 11 and him 14. So either way ya shake it he was high school age and his sisters would have been lucky to even have gone through puberty at that time. I honestly think THAT was when they tried to stop it themselves.
