I don't buy the whole "default athiesm" neutrality stance. Can you prove to me you are genuine and open to evidence? Sorry i just don't believe you. Is the law maker responsable for what happens to the law breaker? When Gods hand is forced some will complain "how could god do such a thing", when god is graceous witholding judgment "how could god allow such evil"
