There is no such a thing as a more -or- less criminal race. By, "on average", you mean "per capita".....huh? Called it, lol.
Abaris is right, black people don't commit more crimes than white people..as I just explained -in the post you quoted- they can't... there aren't enough of them in this country to do so. In 2014, broken down by race, less than 30% of the crime in this country was "black"...a whopping 69% was "white".
