Criminal act is an act committed by a person that violates a law and which is punishable by the government. Criminal acts are offenses against the public which are punishable. It can be any act or omission or possession which poses a threat to the public.
IF rape is not considered a 'criminal act' then again effectively there is no difference between that and consensual sex legally speaking.
This is all I'm saying as a motivator for victims to report sooner rather than later.

Thank you Losty. I just don't have the patience to wade through one his word walls of self deceit anymore. Nothing I find there will be of any use to him because he is only capable of outputting words, not inputting them. So what purpose would my attention to that word wall serve.
