There was a difference between the way I said it, as something I think is relevant for the topic, as in personally, and I'm free to do that, and the way she said it, like no, I'm not. It's the difference between adding an opinion and stifling one.
I do understand that subtlety isn't people's strong point here, generally, but do try and read between the lines sometimes. It's pretty much impossible to present my opinions in such a way that no one will ever find fault with them or ways to interpret them however negatively they want, so I won't worry too much about that. What you can do is pretend you don't have a clue what I'm talking about and throw rocks at me or try and have a genuine conversation where we both make an effort to understand each other before we venture to disagree about things.
