It's all about what the couple agrees to beforehand. That's not to say it ever needs to become more than roleplay, or that an actual rape will occur. It requires trust from both parties and an adequate read of what the other person wants, in addition to actual words describing what they want. Then it's all about the fantasy of it.
Forced sex =/= rough sex..
And Drich is not talking about a fetish play that's confirmed beforehand. He's literally talking about forcing sex onto someone without confirmation.
again it is a fetish to you because it is out of the 'norm.'
But again in the proper perspective over half the planet sees what you call fetish play as how sex is supposed to work on a basic level. there is no need for confirmation, as this is how sex works.
Now granted It's not like the woman comes home and the man is ninja'd up in the rafters wearing black pajamas, poison darts her ties her up, then she quickly antidotes herself and they fight, and if she wins he has to goto a panty vending machine to 'work things out' and if he wins he gets to rape her.
It is simply a matter of a woman putting up a fight to defend her social position/honor if she is not consider to be a slut. Which is way way worse thing over there.. (girls have been known to commit suicide for being labeled this way.) It is simply not proper to enjoy sex too much or one could risk bring shame down on their whole family. So the out becomes to put up a fight (even a strong fight) but again everything is consensual.
