Drich, do you think actual rape is okay, or are you rather talking about fantasy rape being okay, that is, consensual roleplay about rape, and that this too could potentially wrongly put people behind bars given certain sets of circumstances?
Please restate your actual position on this as clear and concise as possible. I'm not interested in a long debate about smth else, only in your position on this. Thank you.
If someone is raped they should report it as soon as possible as many states do indeed have SoLs. which means despite you reasoning for not reporting a rape after it happened and waiting till the Sol has expired will leave you in a position no different than if nothing ever happened. That rape is a criminal act and if the SOL expires then it is no different than an example of forced sex.
I said that there is no right way to recover if one is indeed trying to recover. I also pointed out there are those who seek to be perpetual victims to them it is just best to move on past them.
I said we need to be carful of how we defend our victims, because it is a slippery slope into trading off our rights.
