You made a distinction between rape and forced sex. Probably along the lines of the husband being entitled to his "rights", since it fits your archaic views perfectly.
So no, we don't have to be careful, since it requires a whole lot of courage to stand up in public and say you have been violated. Maybe even in court where defenders will do their utmost to paint you in a negative light. It's not only females being raped, by the way. Males also get raped. In surprisingly high numbers. Oftenly in prison. But I gather that's off your radar entirely.
