Technically you're right. It's not. That exact phrasing does not exist in the Bible.

It's an overall general statement of how most of us on this forum have come to understand the Bible and the "merciful love of god."

You believe that we, the non-believers, are going to Hell, correct?

If you do than I'd say that makes my statement accurate ... fair at the very least. god loves you ... love him back or you're gonna burn.
