Hillary cheated him out of the nomination.

Big fan of Bernie, but she won, fair and square. In general:
Democrats love Hillary. African Americans love Hillary. Women love Hillary. Latinos love Hillary. Rich people love Hillary. Old people love Hillary.

And now in the context of the general election, even those who didn't love her back in the primaries are generally compelled by reason and ethics to support Hillary over someone like Trump.
