This is because the moron of reference is really trying to say that any crimes committed in the name of any Religion other than his, should not count. Since those other religions are not real, they should be counted as Atheism.

Like the Church Lady used to say: "How conveeeenient!"

Those religions are real and have members committing immoral acts. They do not however represent a factual understanding of reality.

The difference is religious followers moral judgement is dependent on Scripture which has some pretty foul verses.

Once you take personal responsibility for your own morality it's yours and not so easily discarded.
