Not aware of any atheist apologist who has called for anyone to be eliminated, never mind the target list of people the author has suggested.
The Jews? What atheist wants to kill Jews? I've never even heard of strong prejudice in the atheist community against Jews. Of all the religions out there, the Jewish faith has too be low down on the list of threatening or dangerous religions.
