The claim the we went from chaos to order is patently false. The initial points of the big bag had extremely low entropy. And as the bang went off, entropy climbed but was still relatively low, a each step along the way to creat what we call "order" is actually increasing entropy. So, we didn't start from chaos. We started from a highly ordered singularity and after it expanded, the matter went through natural process that created what we see as order from chaos but is actually less order from extreme order.
