"Seems" is not a categorical statement therefore the sentence is not true since the "seems" only conveys the possibility that it could be designed or it could be chance or even have no part in it. The sentence therefore is not proof that God exists, it suggests only a possibility and barely at that.
There is no "proof" that God exists in your post. If you choose to believe you've proven the existence of God that is your privilege but don't for a minute think anyone else is going to accept your proof and kick their atheism habit.
