Once wiping my own arse becomes a challenge, I'll be wolfing down those sleeping pills and wrapping that plastic bag around my face as fast as my rickety old frame will allow.

Absolutely. People who want to force others to live this way would often change their mind pretty fucking quickly once it's them on the machine in agony.
