While it is a resource, I intended the magical one to test the opponents. Supporters have to use real world devices.
I'll go further into the disparity between the two. With fallibility, opponents are not confronting the moral choice of judicial killing. Their thought experiment takes this away. And opponents are saying fallibility is not a problem; they get to explain why in theirs. Supporters have magically bypassed the system to arrive at the ethical dilemma, opponents have to explain ow the magical bit works.
