Coherently this time. Well, maybe you know something I'm not aware of. Such as a gender specific rape legislation. Apart from the fact that I've yet to see someone explain to me why disregarding male rape victims would be a leftist trait. Or replacing nuclear power with new forms of energy for that matter. That would be a green party issue, but picked up and set in motion by other parties as well. At least in Europe.

It means that (legally) the male rape victims are disregarded and female rapists are protected. This is a law that is actually in practice which is heavily supported and defended by extreme leftists.
