First of all, you are making it seem like even if the law about rape excludes females from being charged with specifically rape, that they would just walk off free without being charged with any crime.

The first definition I quoted from Wikipedia isn't much different from this. Both require penetration of some kind for a unsolicited sexual act to be considered rape. How exactly would a female rapist that ride a passed out man be convicted for rape? There is no penetration which according to common sense can only be done with a penis and not a vagina. Hence why I said female rapists are legally protected.
