Irrelevant. You asked for an instance of a female rapist not being charged of rape (as if it's a rare thing) and I delivered.

Not by my logic, I didn't write the penal code. Sexual assault as a general term can encompass rape but not the other way around hence why rape is not sexual assault, besides you already admitted Texas penal code was one of the most backwards one, why don't you find a more modern one then?
