As to extraordinary evidence, we convicted and killed a man based upon extraordinary evidence a few years back in texas..we actually found out, before he was executed, the the "extraordinary evidence" was only extraordinary in that it amounted to witchcraft. We already maintain that extraordinary evidence and crimes are all that warrant the death penalty, and yet we have issues.
