Agreed..in fact I too have said this many times before. If the vast majority of Muslims insists on acting like assholes, then they deserve the world wide reputation that they have.
If you are a muslim and do not like this..then you best fight YOUR OWN PEOPLE (not us non-muslims) to change THEIR assholiness. Dont make excuses for them, as you will only slop more concrete on the poor image of Islam (rayaan, you do this all the time) by once again showing that the "moderate" Islamists do nothing but cringe in fear from their own Islamists and make excuses that blame non-islamists instead of the terrorists themselves (like Rayaan saying OBL didnt mastermind 9/11)
Also, if all else fails, and you dont like the reputation Islam has with the world, then you need to SERIOUSLY consider leaving Islam. I became disgusted by the world wide reputation of Christianity and I left it.. but that wasnt the only reason.
In a nut shell..if you dont want to be lumped together with these lunatics, then dont be a part of their "club".
