They hardly bother with Phoenix, and the change in weather patterns seems to be part of a bigger picture.
I'm a bit NW of Phoenix and if we're lucky we get one or two thunderstorms during the monsoon.....which is fine with my dog. The East Valley gets hit harder over in Tempe and Mesa which is fine. They are younger and can handle it.
