So, WHY DO THEISTS NOT LOVE biblical SATAN instead of God?
(Is biblical satan like an underappreciated policeman/judge?)

Actually, a case can be made that Satan is responsible for all human deaths. Accord to the fable, Satan tempted Eve who tempted Adam, and Adam's action impelled God to evict humans from the Garden, and they would thenceforth be subject to physical death.
