As far as I know some emotional characteristics are at least partially inherited. At least tendencies. Things like depression, anxiety, anger problems.
I agree overall this is none of our business. I think she should get an abortion but I'm not going to kill her unborn baby.
It is my opinion that she's some crazy irrational person though.
Bare in mind she was happy about the pregnancy. So what's going to happen? When the kid is 5 years old she's going to look back and think "Wow I love my kid but I wish I had killed him/her before they were born so that I wouldn't have to associate the day I found out about the pregnancy with the president."
She might be inching her way towards some kind of rational argument if it was the kids expected birthday, that would still be crazy and stupid but at least a little bit more relevant than the day she found out she was pregnant.
