I don't see it as killing, though. C-sections on viable children are abortions. That doesn't kill that child. What kills the fetus is its inability to sustain itself outside of the womb, even if it had other assistance.

Surely if the fetus is being purposefully put in a state of being where it can't survive that's killing the fetus.
