Curious which European bootlickers will favor the Dump with opening new black sites. Poland and Romania are already on record from the Shrub days. Human rights, my ass. I hope noone has the gall to bring up the tale of the US fighting for a better world anytime soon.

At the same time, the same order shall ban the Red Cross from investigating American prisons anymore and reintroduce the possibiity of enhanced interrogation, aka torture.
