Then I turned 19 and my metabolism slowed down. Plus that was about the time I developed a taste for beer. But I started putting on weight then and it slowly kept creeping up. Then 15 years of an office type job didn't help matters much, either. But now I'm active and working in a job where I'm doing a lot of walking around (up and down stairs at that) and lifting heavy things. And my bike riding certainly couldn't hurt either.
My weight goes up and down like a cheer leader on the football team.
Currently my clothes are a little "snug" thanks to Xmas and a succession minor set backs that limit my work out time.
