Hello again Rhythm. Creationists don't use supernatural explanations for the operational sciences because they believe natural laws are the mechanism God uses to uphold his creation. So they would give the same explanation as to how rain works as anyone else. However, not only is a supernatural explanation for origins appropriate but I think it is by far the best explanation because logically a natural explanation is unfitting.
