I roll around in pain and no, having something shoved up in there bigger than the heavy duty tampon already in there won't help make it better.

I have very painful periods, but taking ibuprofen 800 2 or 3 times a day helps a lot. Having a peeped up there doesn't make it hurt more or anything. Not for me at least.
