So it applied to the people he was supposed to love. Hell if you have any love for a person, you don't want them to be a slave.
How what does love have to do with what you've mentioned? or are you under the assumption that God is expected to love everyone equally?
What if He never made the claim to love everyone equally no matter what? What if God's love is conditional and has been from the beginning? Then why would Jesus need to change anything?
I don't want my worst enemy to be a slave. By telling them slavery is ok that's actually an act of extreme hate.
So you'd rather see someone you love die, than live a healthy life as a slave?
Remember Joseph was a slave.. the #2 offical in all of egypt.

Moron, without the History of this country, all you have is a land mass or a social gathering that can call themselves whatever they like. To be a nation there must be a common point of unification from a single point in the past. without history then whatever you deem the US can be changed at will.
That is why there is such a strong effort to remove religion from the founding father's beliefs. Thomas Jefferson albeit not a denominational believer was one of the strongest Christians among them. Yet if not for his library of letters and various other correspondence at Monticello.org 95% of what you find on line points to atheistic beliefs.
You're so full of shit.

The popularity of the religion simply demands to be investigated before a sweeping dismissal, at least to the intellectually honest.
Not without properly investigating them, no. There is 'something to all religion. Some of it made made and supported others not.
how does one proof a map, or turn by turn instructions? You are confusing or simply do not know when the application of 'science' is or is not needed. If I and everyone around me got free Gas for a year and you ask any one of us where or what station is giving away free gas, as you so foolish as to take those instructions through the same scientific process as you would Darwin theory? Or do you walk 1/2 west make a right and at the end of the street you tell the cashier the special promo code?
There is more faith expended in that little thought senerio about getting free gas for a year than what is needed to proof God. In that you do not have to go anywhere or say anything to anyone. just simply do what He has asked in your Heart.
As He has instructed in Luke 11.
No 'we' can't. You can follow instructions of those who can, but you outside of the all the work that has been done and you take for granted, you/we have no personal way to detect radio waves outside very strict/prescribed procedures set up by those who know radio.
It is this same following of procedures of those who know God, that is like those who know radio waves. If you do not follow these strict procedures you will not find the proof you are looking for. If and when you do it is very similar to turning on a radio.
You have testimonials of them. but in truth if you were put in a dark room and were simply made to listen to a radio you would not know if you were listening to a close circuit live event, a recorded event, or what was being broadcast and received over a radio. Your 'proof' is little more than faith sport, and the sad thing.. your not smart enough to know that. yet you rail against the religious for doing the same as you do with your 'science.'
So you're saying every man woman and child who has ever listen to a radio has a complete understanding of all the fundamentals of radio, otherwise they would be foolish to not be able to identify the difference between a radio, live or taped broadcast.
That's a bit of a stretch sport even for an obtuse atheist. Like flying I would hazard a guess that most do not know how radio works outside of plug it in and turn it on.
If I were chasing after your idea of God, this statement could possibly be correct. However, my life has been spent seeking the God of the bible, which differs from your God quite abit, and I've honestly found what it is I've been looking for.
OMg.. without history fabled city Atlantis, and Atlantis city in palm beach county could very well be the same place. Just because you call a city be a given name does not mean it is the city being referenced in a given text or senerio. Tyre is a good example of that.
![]()
Uh.. No.
There is a city named after the ancient city of tyre, actually the modern city which is named after two ancient cities of tyre sits about 3 miles away from the old city's foundations (who's remains was used to build a cause way)
So no, the ancient city does not exist, neither does the city from the time of Christ, but a modern city built well away from the two destroyed cities who shared the same name does.
Or are your saying Atlantis, Fl is the Atlantis of fable?
You can't even follow simple lines of thought without babbling. You got no arguments so you put words in others' mouths. I'm done with you.
define babbling please..
Do you mean I'm not playing fair? that I am taking a non typical view of Christianity and you can not combat what I've said using standard off the self arguements?
Don't feel bad, you will find yourself in a large peer group here.
