Are you going to explain what you meant when you said myself and abaris are not in a position to lecture on humanity and why you said it? I'm still puzzled by your remark.
What I meant, liberals are the ones who claim to be sensitive and caring to the suffering of others and they constantly lecture everyone else on that. Yourself and Arbaris, and not just you two, liberals, supposedly caring and sensitive, made what looked to be insensitive remarks that diminished Carryn Owens' grief...
Quote:Quote:Poor woman, but what a non-story. Seriously, some guy on twitter who once volunteered for the democratic candidates said something grossly insensitive? Fox news scraping the bottom of the news barrel here....as if the grief and the verbal attacks she received from heartless douchebags was diminished to a "scraping the bottom of the barrel" FOX NEWS "non-story issue", and as if her suffering didn't warrant the sympathy of this nation over the life of her husband who was killed in the line of duty.
I stand by it, national news reporting on heartless twitter comments by unknown individuals is indeed scraping the bottom of the barrel, and is not a dignified recognition of her loss, but the opposite: it is cheapening it and likely causing her more pain by giving haters a national platform for some cheap populist opportunity to stir some anger.
The fool hath said in his heart, There is a God. They are corrupt, they have done abominable works, there is none that doeth good.
