No, absolutely, positively not! It's Apples & Oranges. Someday, when theism is dead, what would you say to a theist who wanted to be a doctor, lawyer, teacher, juror, politician? Probably what you would say to someone who interviewed with you for a job who said that they believed in fairies and unicorns!

Nope I would say can you do the job. I would not care if they privately believed in fairies in fact I know people in professional capacity who believe in all manor of supernatural woo. If it doesn't get in the way of the job I simply don't care. Nor should it be a reason to deny someone a job.
