And when you see past video of him talking he used to be rational and coherent, but now he just rambles nonsense, that he is the president of the US says more about the US than about him.

My wife works in a care home and says he is just like a resident his speech patterns and what he says are all typical of senile dementia.
Its like the last days of Reagan but its the first days of Trump.
