That's a bit odd to say that, since that information is available in the third paragraph of the article I quoted. Ate you sure you read it?
Skimmed and went straight to the raw info. Still my original point was that this doesn't have anything to do with trump yet. I guess I'd rather have him veto it, but trump is shit with internet policy imo, so I do expect a pass.
