Same goes for something like showing pictures of yourself online. When the internet was new, most people didn't. Now people put just about everything about themselves online. If micro-chipping comes into the mainstream, I suspect there will be a similar cultural shift.
It was over 30 years ago, I was barely 19 years old. I don't know about you, but my philosophical positions have changed drastically in that time.
