It probably was an Islamic terrorist attack, I remember on the Islamic forums they were pretty happy when Russia got hit by that meteorite, and they were hoping china would be next.

Russia doesn't fuck around, so any terrorists out there can expect a serious response. We will probably be reading about dead jihadists within the next couple of weeks or so.

Russia's a schoolyard bully. It only doesn't "mess around" with those it knows won't push back. When it comes up against something willing and able to flex muscles it cowers in the coat room.
