Russia doesn't fuck around, so any terrorists out there can expect a serious response. We will probably be reading about dead jihadists within the next couple of weeks or so.

Russia's a schoolyard bully. It only doesn't "mess around" with those it knows won't push back. When it comes up against something willing and able to flex muscles it cowers in the coat room.

I didn't say they weren't bullies. I'm just saying that they are known to conduct revenge operations, for a lack of a better name, after terrorist attacks. Chechnya for example.
