Impossible to say. Kim is unhinged (clearly) and Trump is a blustering bully. Kim isn't going to back down from a scheduled nuke test, and Trump won't be able to back down from the strike due to his Tiny Penis Syndrome. If the US attacks the test site, Kim is likely to launch an attack on Seoul (he could do that with conventional forces), and then we are all of us in the shit.
