Love is a well known attribute of even animals. We as humans, called our feeling of loyalty and belonging "love".
Does the action of a pervert who spends hours waiting for a prostitute to come the strip house, to masturbate him in the way he likes, then throw the whore a penny or two, considered "love"?

Is the perv a lover? or just a perv looking to masturbate his private parts?

Acting a fool is worse.

Love is not a virtue. Anybody can love; even sharks. Even beasts. And even the perv; who loves the certain ways that bring him orgasm.

Logical thinking is a virtue.
