Nothing, he's been drinking the " Billionaires are the job creators" Kool Aid, forgetting that the bulk of the population are not owners of Walmart or Uber or Fox News. He forgets that the bulk of the population are the workers. He doesn't understand that if his goal is "less government" better pay and affordable living would take people of that government dependency.
Funding social programs like public education and college, Medicaid and Medicare, and universal health care, along with livable wages will allow people to do more on their own. It is simple, the best charity is better pay for workers. That allows them to pay for themselves. But if all we do is give tax breaks to the top, that only gives us a short term gain that everyone has to pay for long term.
