Quote:In his first extended comments on a move that has roiled Washington, Mr. Trump castigated Mr. Comey, calling him “a showboat” and “a grandstander” who had created turmoil at the bureau. But the president’s description of his decision-making process conflicted with the account provided previously by his aides.
The biggest attention whore in the Western World fired Comey for being a showboat? Apparently, there is only room for one.
Comey didn't cause the division, Trump's five years of demagoguery, and year of scapegoating and picking public fights with intel even when 17 agencies agreed. Trump brought this on himself.
Now he is trying to claim Comey was unfair to Hillary after spending a year calling her Crooked? No, i think this has everything to do with Russia, but even without a connection, even as a mere witness, when you fire the person doing the investigation that is called obstruction.
If the idiot wanted to publicly disagree with intel during his run he should have put it like this, " Let the investigation take it's course, if I were to find errors with protocol I would work with intel to patch them"
Not a year of, "They don't know what the fuck they are talking about".... He didn't put it in those words, but his tone to intel was defiant and treated them like they didn't know what they were doing. And now he is having to deal with that mess. Even without a connection, that impetuous and bombastic talk proves Trump unfit. Now that he has done this, I don't see how the intel community can trust him.
