Some would say that is merely a convenient rationalization.

But let me ask you this.  Are Osiris, Thor, Zeus, Shiva, Marduk, Ahura Mazda, Quetzlcoatl, etc., etc., "outside of space and time" too.... or is it just your special fantasy that is accorded such treatment?
